Rotary Members,

With the ongoing concern of possible exposure to the Coronavirus we are cancelling the Rotary Club meetings until June 4th.

We are beginning to see cases of COVID-19 within our community.  I believe that it is accurate to believe that there are more cases than what have currently been documented at this time.  June 4th is the first Thursday in June and are looking forward to seeing everybody at that time.

Over the next few weeks I will be communicating additional services that Rotary Members can participate in during this time.  Please continue to watch your emails for future updates.

Who - is Rotary

Anyone who is willing to make even the smallest different or change for the better in their community, city, state, nation, and yes even the world! We work to help our community food pantry. Help pack back-packs for kids in our school district. Planting trees for a better tomorrow. Visiting Zamba and providing educational opportunities to women for better nutrition. This is just a sliver of differences our Beatrice Rotary Club Members makes.

What - is Rotary

Rotary is a Global organization striving to make a better tomorrow. Members form different ethnic, religious, ages, and career backgrounds. Service Above Self is the Rotarian way.

When - is Rotary

Yes, we may meet once a week to listen to a speaker but it doesn't stop there. We volunteer by reading to preschoolers, passing out dictionaries, the Homecoming Barbaque, eradicating Polio and SO MUCH MORE!

Where - is Rotary

The answer is EVERYWHERE! If there is a Rotarian, that is where Rotary is. You are never alone in Rotary, no matter where you might travel, Rotary is much bigger than any one country.
